摘要 试验旨在研究不同蚯蚓基质发酵前各原料和发酵后基质不同比例的营养价值成分,构建蚯蚓基质营养体系。试验前测定原材料和发酵后配置成基质的风干样品的营养价值成分,设计试验分组:其中,牛粪+蘑菇菌糠质量比为1:0、1:1、1:2、1:3和0:1,牛粪+青贮秸秆C/N为20、25、30、35、40;鸡粪+蘑菇菌糠和鸡粪+秸秆青贮也按上述试验组设置。猪粪+蘑菇菌糠质量比为1:0、1:1、1:2、1:3和1:4,猪粪+青贮秸秆C/N为25、30、35、40、45,每个处理组设置3个重复。根据蚯蚓生长繁殖情况筛选出适宜的基质试验组。试验期60 d。结果表明:牛粪+菌糠质量比1:1、猪粪+菌糠质量比为1:3、鸡粪+菌糠质量比为1:2比较适宜蚯蚓生长,并繁殖较快。牛粪+秸秆C/N比在30~35之间、猪粪+秸秆C/N比为30、鸡粪+秸秆C/N比为25比较适宜蚯蚓生长,并繁殖较快。总体看,粪便与菌糠较粪便与秸秆效果好。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the nutritive value components of various raw materials and different proportions of earthworm matrix before and after fermentation, and to construct the nutritional system of earthworm matrix. The nutritive value components of the air-dried samples prepared before and after fermentation were determined, grouped as follows: The mass ratio of earthworm matrix(cow manure + mushroom bran) was separately 1:0, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 0:1, and the C/N of earthworm matrix(cow manure + fermented stover) was separately 20, 25, 30, 35, 40. Earthworm matrix(chicken manure + mushroom bran and chicken manure + fermented stover) was also set according to the above experimental groups. The mass ratio of earthworm matrix(pig manure + mushroom bran) was separately 1:0, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4, and the C/N of earthworm matrix(pig manure + fermented stover) was separately 25, 30, 35, 40, 45. Each treatment group set up three replicates. The test period is 60 d. The results showed that: it is more suitable for earthworms to grow and reproduce rapidly if the mass ratio of cow manure to fungus chaff is 1:1, pig manure to fungus chaff is 1:3, and chicken manure to fungus chaff is 1:2. earthworms are more suitable to grow and reproduce with a C/N ratio of cow manure + straw between 30~35, pig manure + straw C/N ratio of 30 and chicken manure + straw C/N ratio of 25. In general, the manure + mushroom bran model is better than the manure + fermented stover model.
