摘要
"思无邪"超越了"诗三百"的文学语境,是孔子为促进社会进步而提出的价值命题,是儒家道德哲学和政治思想的一个起点。以"思无邪"贯穿其中的道德修养不能是空洞的反思,还要有正确的价值取向,能够促进人们在社会实践中创造物质财富和精神财富。儒家礼乐思想的初衷是促进社会发展和人们的福祉,"立于礼"规定了社会的价值取向和礼法规则,"成于乐"意味着社会共同体的幸福生活条件和人们安居乐业的状态。从"思无邪"到"成于乐"的道德发展规律,不仅说明了道德修养在社会生活中的重要性,而且说明了社会治理状况和社会文明对于个体的道德发展具有深刻的影响。
It is argued in this paper that Siwuxie, the Confucian evaluation of the Book of Odes, should be understood in connection with the three key propositions in Confucian moral philosophy, which are stated in the Analects as “people cultivate their upright mind in the Odes, live their proper life by social rules and regulations, and develop well on their well-being and happiness.” Such understanding of Siwuxie goes beyond the literalistic context of the Odes, and concludes that it is the Confucian axiological proposition for the self-cultivation and the social progress, in Confucian moral philosophy and politics.Siwuxie is not simply a reflection in one's moral cultivation, but must be embedded with proper value orientations, which promotes people to create material and spiritual wealth in practice.The Confucian Li-Yue system aims at improving social development and people's well-being.Li prescribes the social rules and value orientations while Yue means the living conditions of the people who are supposed to live a happy life in peace and contentment.The implication of Siwuxie in Confucian Li-Yue system not only shows the importance of moral spirit in social life, but also reveals that social governance and civilization have profound influence on individual moral development.
