摘要
本文采用苏珊·S.兰瑟等学者提出的女性主义叙事学研究方法,以20世纪上半叶美国女作家的中国叙事为研究对象,从类文本、叙述模式、叙述声音、情节等方面探讨女性跨文化书写的叙事特征以及叙事对女性书写主体的建构。女性跨文化书写通过文本的越界再现女性跨文化体验的越界体验,女性作者以多种文类互文书写跨文化体验,在文本间融合想象与现实,塑造理想的女性形象;采取多重叙述声音呈现自我与他者的对话,通过他性认识自我;采用半私下型叙述与男性叙事规约协商,建构女性权威,重构现代女性主体。
In light of the Susan Lanser’s feminist narratology,this paper studies the China narrative by American women writers in the first half of 20^th century to focus on the narrative features of female transcultural writing such as subtext,narrative model,narrative voice,plot and how the narrative strategies help to build female subjectivity. Female transcultural writing represents the writers ’transcultural experience through the crossing of literary norms. They use intertexual writing to mix imagination and reality to build ideal women figure;they employ polyphony to show the conversation between the self and the other and to know the self through the other;they make use of semi-private narration to negotiate with male-dominated narrative rule in order to build female authority and thus female subjectivity.
