城市轨道交通线网运营施工调度管理系统的建设与实践 被引量:4

摘要 城市轨道交通线路由建设期转入运营期后,仅在夜间有限的几小时内能在正线开展施工作业。随着新线路陆续开通运营,线网夜间施工作业数量急剧增加,施工作业管理工作日趋精细和复杂,传统的人工安排和组织容易出现错漏,影响施工安全,且施工行车通告编排效率和施工作业执行效率也较为低下。针对城市轨道交通运营施工调度的这些业务症结,在分析涉及的资源和多维冲突检测基础上,采用宝信iPlat4J信息系统基础平台构建线网施工调度管理系统,可实现线网运营下科学、高效的施工管理和组织工作。另外,还提出了系统应用的关键点。 When the rail transit is transferred from construction period to operation period,only a few hours at night could be used for the construction work on the main line. With the opening and operation of more new lines,the number of night construction work on network lines has increased dramatically,the management of construction operations also becomes finer and more complex. The traditional manual arrangement and organization are prone to errors and omissions,directly affecting the construction safety. Even worse,the efficiency of layout and execution of construction traffic announcements is relatively low. According to the business cruxes in rail transit operation,the related resources and multidimensional conflict detection are analyzed. On this bases,the Baosight iPlat4J information system infrastructure platform is adopted to form a network construction scheduling management system, aiming to realize scientific and efficient construction management and organization under the network operation. Finally,key points in the system application are put forward.
