浅谈西吉县马铃薯产业发展现状及前景

The Present Situation and Prospect of Potato Industry in Xiji County

通过对西吉县马铃薯产业种植规模、种薯繁育基地建设、鲜薯外销市场开拓、贮藏保鲜体系建设及龙头加工企业培育等方面进行论述,针对产业发展现状,提出产业发展总体思路、产业发展目标任务和产业发展举措。对西吉县乃至宁南山区马铃薯产业发展具有很好的借鉴和指导意义。

The potato industry in Xiji County was discussed from the aspects of planting scale,seed potato breeding base construction,fresh potato export market development,storage and preservation system construction and cultivation of leading processing enterprises. According to the current industrial development situation,the overall idea,objectives and tasks of industrial development and industrial development measures were put forward. It has a good reference and guiding significance for the development of potato industry in Xiji County and even the southern mountain area of Ningxia.
