论中日关系中的安全博弈与建设性互动

The Security Game and Constructive Interaction of Sino-Japanese Relations

中日关系复杂性加深了通常意义上的"安全困境",因此中日两国构筑建设性的安全互动都是必要和紧迫的课题。从近期中日关系深层变化以及关系改善背后的安全博弈视角看,两国之间,以及日本内部不同政治力量、利益集团、社会群体在对华安全关系上存在"双层结构博弈"。中日今后仍会因自身理解与现实需求不断地进行安全博弈,而这个博弈超出一定程度,就会出现对谁都不值得的局面,只能寻求进入到一种相对的稳定状态,形成可以称之为安全制度框架的结构性关系。从政治原则与政治互信度角度讲,中国提出构建"人类命运共同体"。如此境界,日本若戴着民族主义的有色眼镜是无论如何也打不开的,中国若不从世界格局出发也无法恰当地理解自己。

In the context of the continuous improvement of Sino-Japanese relations in recent years,it is a necessary and urgent task for both sides to actively conduct security interaction in a constructive way.The development of Sino-Japanese relations is,rather than a simple development process,but with multi-dimensional variables and complicated perceptions.In the future,the security game between China and Japan will continue based on their own self-perceptions and actual needs.The game,if exceeding a certain level,will become the situation that is unfavorable to both sides,and It has to become a relatively balance with a structuralized framework of security mechanism.From the perspective of political principles and mutual trust,a community of shared future for mankind would be never achieved if Japan could not give up the prejudice of extreme nationalism.
