The Impact of Russia's “Turn to East” on Northeast Asia

俄罗斯制定并推行"积极东方政策",实现"向东"发展,进而"走进东方",是本国长远利益和国际发表趋势所致。"积极东方政策",既包括开发远东西伯利亚的国内政策,也包括积极参与亚太特别是东北亚地区事务的国际政策。"积极东方政策"是俄罗斯外交政策的拓展和深化,对促进与东北亚国家间的经济合作,提高其在东北亚地区的国际地位产生了积极影响,同时也给本已复杂的地区局势带来更多变数。

On the basis of considerations of the situation at home and abroad,Russia has actively "turned to east",which includes the domestic policy of developing Russian Far Eastern region and the participation of international affairs in the Asia Pacific region,especially in Northeast Asia.Russia’s active"turn to the East"policy,as an integral part of Russia’s foreign policy,has contributed to promote economic cooperationand diplomatic relations among Northeast Asian countries and improving Russia’s international status in Northeast Asia,which also brings more variables to the complicated regional situation.
