人性化护理管理措施对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

The Effect of Humanized Nursing Management Measures on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析精神分裂症患者应用人性化护理管理的临床护理效果。方法选择该院精神科在2015年1月—2018年6月期间收治的80例精神分裂症患者,根据护理方法不同分组,随机分为观察组和对照组,各有40例患者,其中,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取人性化的护理管理,对两组的精神病改善情况及护理效果进行对比。结果管理前,两组精神病评量表得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,均得到降低,且观察组精神病评量表得分(63.19±7.25)分显著低于对照组(87.73±5.06)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理总有效率85.00%(34/40)显著高于对照组57.50%(23/40)(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理措施根据精神分裂症患者不同病因、神经类型和性格特征等综合因素开展护理,针对性强且切实可行,有效控制患者病情,促进精神康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of humanized nursing management in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to our department from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management. The observation group took humanized nursing management on the basis of the control group, and compared the mental illness improvement and nursing effect between the two groups. Results Before the results were managed, the scores of the psychiatric assessment scales of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after management, they were all reduced, and the scores of the psychiatric assessment scale of the observation group (63.19±7.25)points were significantly lower than the control group (87.73±5.06)points, the difference was significant(P<0.05) was statistically significant;the total effective rate of observation group management was 85.00%(34/40) significantly higher than that of the control group 57.50%(23/40)(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing management measures are based on the comprehensive factors such as different causes, neurological types and personality characteristics of schizophrenia patients, and the patients' condition is deeply understood. Effectively controlling the patient's condition and promoting mental rehabilitation.
