Application Analysis of Risk Management in Hemodialysis Nursing Management

目的对血液透析(HD)护理管理中开展风险管理的效果进行探析。方法回顾性分析2016—2017年度在该院接受HD治疗的355例患者临床资料,其中2016年度的160例患者实施常规护理管理,2017年度的195例患者开展风险管理,对比分析两组护理风险事件、投诉的发生情况,同时通过问卷调查掌握患者护理满意度。结果 2017年度护理风险事件发生率为1.02%,投诉率为0.00%,分别低于2016年度的8.13%、2.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过调查,2017年度患者护理满意度为97.44%,显著高于2016年度的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论在HD护理中实施风险管理,有助于预防和减少护理风险事件发生,确保患者治疗安全,减少投诉,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in hemodialysis(HD) nursing management. Methods The clinical data of 355 patients who received HD treatment in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 160 patients in 2016 implemented routine nursing management, and 195 patients in 2017 conducted risk management. The occurrence of incidents and complaints, as well as the satisfaction of patient care through questionnaires. Results The incidence rate of nursing risk events in 2017 was 1.02%, and the complaint rate was 0.00%, which was lower than 8.13% and 2.50% in 2016, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Through survey, 2017 patient care satisfaction was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% in 2016(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing risk management in HD care can help prevent and reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, ensure patient safety, reduce complaints, and improve patient care satisfaction.
