实验室信息管理系统用于检验科质量管理的效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of laboratory information management system in quality management of laboratory

目的研究分析在检验科质量管理中施予实验室信息管理系统的价值及效果。方法在2017年中,该院把检验科室中的所有样品讯息输进信息管理系统中,并对这类样品监测的质控讯息施予记录,构成质控数据库,并与2016年中的各类样品监测成果加以比较,观察比较其结果。结果在运用信息管理系统后,检验科室中标识错误率、监测未达标率、样品遗失率等各类不良意外的发生率得以下降(P<0.05),而高危值汇报率、监测汇报达标率、高危值汇报及时率得以提升(P<0.05)。结论实验室信息管理系统可以降低检验科室中各类不良意外的发生率,提升监测质量与质控成效,值得全方位推行与运用。

Objective To study and analyze the value and effect of applying laboratory information management system in quality management of laboratory department. Methods In 2017, all the sample information in the laboratory was imported into the information management system, and the quality control information of this kind of sample monitoring was recorded to form a quality control database, and the results were compared with the monitoring results of various samples in 2016. Results After the application of information management system, the incidence of misidentification, failure rate of monitoring and loss rate of samples in laboratory departments decreased(P<0.05), while the reporting rate of high-risk value, monitoring and reporting rate of high-risk value and timely reporting rate of high-risk value were increased(P<0.05). Conclusion Laboratory information management system can reduce the incidence of all kinds of adverse accidents in laboratory departments, improve the quality of monitoring and quality control effect, and is worthy of all-round implementation and application.
