摘要 人事档案管理是人力资源管理的基础,是医院战略的重要组成部分,具有重要的价值,确保医务人员人事档案收集、归档、保护工作合理、规范是非常必要的,当前医院人事档案收集、归档、保护工作中存在诸多不足的情况:人事档案管理机制不健全、管理人员素质低下、管理模式老旧、医院人事档案不真实等。应当通过健全医院人事档案制度管理、提高人事档案管理人员素质、顺应时代创新档案管理方式、加强人事档案收集管理等措施来改善,确保医院人事档案真实、准确、完整。 Personnel file management is the basis of human resource management, an important part of hospital strategy, and has important value. It is necessary to ensure the collection, archiving and protection of medical personnel personnel files are reasonable and standardized. The current hospital personnel files are collected and archived. There are many deficiencies in the protection work: the personnel file management mechanism is not perfect, the quality of management personnel is low, the management mode is old, and the hospital personnel files are not true. It is necessary to improve the hospital personnel file system, improve the quality of personnel file management personnel, comply with the era of innovative file management methods, and strengthen the collection and management of personnel files to ensure that the hospital personnel files are true, accurate and complete.
