摘要
护理质量的好坏在一定程度上实现了对医疗水平高低的反馈。细节思维管理理论运用在心内科护理管理中,能够有效降低护患纠纷,提高患者满意度。该文分析细节思维管理模式在护理中的作用,并大大强化护理细节思维管理理念、界定护理质量管理细节、内容等方面提出如何在心内科护理管理中运用细节思维管理模式。
The quality of care has achieved feedback on the level of medical care to a certain extent. The theory of detail thinking management is applied in the management of cardiology, which can effectively reduce the disputes between nurses and patients and improve patient satisfaction.This paper analyzes the role of detail thinking management mode in nursing, and puts forward how to apply it in the nursing management of cardiology department from the aspects of strengthening the idea of nursing detail thinking management, defining the details and contents of nursing quality management.
