基于微课的翻转课堂在高职急重症护理教学中的应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析基于微课的翻转课堂在高职急重症护理教学中的应用效果。方法重点选用了便利取样的方式,将某院校2016级护理专业二年级某班60名学生视为该次研究的观察组,将另外某班设置为对照组。观察组的学生重点实施翻转课堂教育模式,对照组的学生则是实施传统教学手段,对比两组学生的学习情况及课堂效率等指标。结果观察组的学生期末理论考核成绩优于对照组的学生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。传统教学模式和翻转课堂教学模式在激发学生学习积极性和学习兴趣、改善教学成果、促使学生自主学习意识得以提升等方面具有较为明显的差别,观察组学生对翻转课堂持有肯定态度的人数多于对照组的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高职急重症护理教学中应用翻转课堂,可以更好地优化教学成果,迎合学生的空间和时间需求,保证充分调动他们的学习主动性。 Objective To analyze the application effect of flip-class classroom based on micro-class in the teaching of high vocational and critical care. Methods The method of convenient sampling was selected. 60 students from a class in the second grade of a nursing school in a certain college were regarded as the observation group of this study, and another class was set as the control group. Students focus on the implementation of the observation group flipped classroom education mode, students in the control group with the implementation of the traditional teaching method, compared two groups of student learning and classroom efficiency and other indicators. Results The students in the observation group had better results at the end of the period than the students in the control group. The difference was not obvious and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). The traditional teaching mode and the flipping classroom teaching mode have obvious differences in stimulating students' enthusiasm and interest in learning, improving teaching results, and promoting students' self-directed learning awareness. The observation group students have more positive attitudes towards flipping classrooms. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the flipping classroom in the teaching of vocational and critical care can better optimize the teaching results, cater to the students' space and time requirements, and ensure that their learning initiative is fully mobilized.
