摘要
在现今人口老龄化时代背景下,公立医院退休职工与日递增,面对退休职工管理中存在的诸多问题,将"最多跑一次"理念引入退休职工管理,使管理者正视工作缺陷,勇于改进服务流程,提高工作能力和工作效率,使退休职工积极参与医院建设,利用所长发挥余热,服务于社会。
In the current age of population aging, the number of retired workers in public hospitals is increasing. Facing many problems in the management of retired employees, the concept of “running at most once” is introduced into the management of retired employees, so that managers can face the defects of work and be brave in improving services. The process, improve work ability and work efficiency, enable retired employees to actively participate in hospital construction, use the director to play the heat and serve the society.
