新媒体视角下高校精准资助育人长效机制研究

党的十九大报告要求"健全学生资助制度",明确了学生资助工作的工作方向,为下一步工作提出了更深层次的要求。精准资助,就是要在资助对象、资助标准、资金发放三个方面实现精准。高校教育不仅仅是向学生传授科学文化知识,更重要的是培养学生健全的人格、高尚的道德素养和正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。高校资助育人工作通过多年的发展,在资金规模、资助模式、资助类别等方面有了更广阔的发展和研究,构建更加全面、更加系统的资助育人长效机制需要以扎实的资助工作为基础。新媒体具有传播海量信息、传播形式多样、即时传播的特点,它的快速发展为高校资助育人工作提供了新的平台、注入了新的活力。

The new media is characterized by instantly disseminating massive information in diversified forms, and its rapid development provides a new platform for financial aid delivery in colleges and universities with new energy.
