摘要
人才培养是高等学校的基本职能之一,教学水平、教学质量是影响人才培养质量的最直接因素和关键因素,成为高等教育发展的核心任务。为进一步创新、完善高等学校教学质量保障体系,以参与管理、目标管理和PDCA循环等理论为指导,从教学质量监控、教学质量评价与反馈角度,构建"多主体、宽渠道"的高校教学质量保障体系,丰富教学质量监控、评价与反馈主体,拓宽教学质量监控、评价与反馈渠道。
Talent training is one of the basic functions of university. As the central task of the development of colleges and universities, the teaching level and teaching quality are the most direct and key factors affecting the quality of the talents cultivation. In order to innovate and improve the teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities, the teaching quality assurance system should be built under the guidance of the theories of management by participation, management by objective and PDCA cycle and from a perspective of multiple participants and channels in monitoring and evaluating the teaching quality with feedback.
