摘要 大力推动校企合作、产教融合对应用型本科人才培养具有重要意义。本文以吉林农业科技学院食品工程学院为例,对应用型本科食品类专业人才培养进行研究与实践。在搭建校企合作平台基础上,重点从修订人才培养方案,课程体系改革、校外实习基地建设,实践教学、企业冠名班、订单班培养学生、"双师型"教师队伍建设、产学研合作等几方面探讨校企合作双主体人才培养模式,这将为其他同类高校食品类专业人才培养研究提供参考。 It is of great significance to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration of production and education for the training of talents in applied university. This paper takes the Food Engineering Institute of Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example to research and implement on food specialty talent of applied university. On the basis of setting up a school-enterprise cooperation platform, the focus is on revising the talent training program, the reform of the curriculum system, the construction of the off-campus practice base, practical teaching, enterprise title class and order class to train students. The " double-type" teacher team construction, school-enterprise university-research cooperation and other aspects explore the school-enterprise cooperation dual-subject talent training model. The research results will provide reference for the research of food professionals in other similar universities.
