在新时代,文化软实力已成为衡量国家综合国力的重要因素。坚定文化自信是提升文化软实力的重要前提,而构建中国民族理论学术话语体系又是坚定文化自信的重要举措。针对当下中国在国际上关于民族问题处于西方学术"话语权"的阴影之下这一状况,构建中国民族理论学术话语体系,坚定文化自信,在国际上争取更多的"话语权",显得十分迫切和必要。

In the new era,cultural soft power has become an important factor in measuring the country’s comprehensive national strength.Strengthening cultural confidence is an important prerequisite for enhancing cultural soft power.Building an academic discourse system of Chinese nationality theory is an important measure to strengthen cultural confidence.In view of the current situation,that ethnic issues in China is under the shadow of western academic"discourse power"in the international arena,which is very important to construct an academic discourse system of Chinese nationality theory.It is urgent and necessary to strengthen cultural confidence and strive for more"discourse power"on the international stage.
