注射用复合辅酶辅助治疗急性心衰的临床疗效及其对心肌能量消耗的影响

摘要 目的探索注射用复合辅酶辅助治疗急性心衰的临床疗效及其对心肌生物能量消耗的影响。方法选取83例急性心衰患者随机分为两组。对照组给予基础抗心衰治疗;治疗组在基础治疗基础上加用注射用复合辅酶。治疗3 d后评估两组患者的临床疗效、脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、无创心功能和心肌生物能量消耗。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,心功能显著改善,心肌生物能量消耗明显下降,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用复合辅酶可辅助治疗急性心衰进一步改善临床疗效并可降低急性心衰是心肌生物能量消耗。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effectiveness of coenzyme complex in acute heart failure and its effect on myocardial energy expenditure. METHODS 83 patients with acute heart failure were randomly divided into two group. The control group was received foundational anti-heart failure therapy, while the treatment group was not only received foundational therapy but also with coenzyme complex therapy.The clinical efficacy, BNP, non-invasive cardiac function and myocardial energy expenditure of these two groups were evaluated after3 days of treatment. RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than control group, the cardiac function was significantly improved, and the myocardial energy expenditure was significantly decreased, both of which were better than control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Coenzyme complex could further improve the clinical efficacy of acute heart failure and reduce the myocardial energy expenditure in these patients.
