高流量湿化氧疗在NICU机械通气患者撤机中的应用体会

The Experience of High-flow Humidified Oxygen Therapy in the Patients with Weaning from Ventilation in the NICU

目的探讨高流量湿化氧疗与一般氧疗在神经外科重症监护室(Neurocranial Surgery Intensive Care Unit,NICU)机械通气患者撤机中运用的临床效果。方法将50例术后患者随机分成HF组26例和一般氧疗组24例,两组患者分别运用高流量湿化氧疗和常规给氧方法进行治疗。结果 HF组治疗的患者脱机的有效率明显高于对照组,而且护理工作量也有降低。结论高流量湿化氧疗更加有效对NICU脱机患者进行呼吸支持。

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of high-flow humidified oxygen therapy in artificial airway patients with weaning from ventilation in the Neurocranial Surgery Intensive Care Unit( NICU). METHODS 50 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=26) and the control group(n=24). The observation group was treated with high-flow and humidify oxygen therapy device, and the control group was given common oxygen device. RESULTS It was found that the efficacy and effect of high-flow humidified oxygen in patients with weaning from ventilation was higher significantly with shorter staying-time in the ICU, and less nursing workload compared with control group. CONCLUSION The airway humidification could provide more effective support in the weaning from ventilation in the NICU.
