经乳晕切口治疗乳腺良性疾病真空辅助微创旋切系统手术临床疗效及并发症分析 被引量:4

Clinical efficacy and complications of vacuum assisted minimally invasive biopsy in the treatment of benign breast diseases via areola incision

摘要 目的分析乳腺良性疾病采用真空辅助微创旋切系统手术治疗的临床疗效与并发症情况。方法选择本院2015年6月至2018年2月诊治的74例乳腺良性疾病患者,随机分成研究组(37例)及对照组(37例),对照组行传统手术治疗,研究组行真空辅助微创旋切系统手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组手术时长、切口长度、瘢痕长度、出血量和切口愈合时长优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组轻度疼痛75.68%、中度疼痛24.32%、重度疼痛0.00%,优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率5.40%、满意度91.89%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真空辅助微创旋切系统手术应用于乳腺良性疾病治疗中的疗效显著,可减短手术时长与切口愈合时长,减轻术后疼痛度,且并发症少,患者满意度高。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and complications of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive biopsy in the treatment of benign breast diseases.Methods Seventy-four patients with benign breast disease who were diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into study group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases).The control group received traditional surgery and the study group underwent vacuum assist.Surgical treatment of minimally invasive biopsy system,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The length of the operation,the length of the incision,the length of the incision,the amount of bleeding and the healing time of the incision were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mild pain in the study group was 75.68%,the moderate pain was 24.32%,and the severe pain was 0.00%.The group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was 5.40%,and the satisfaction rate was 91.89%,which was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The vacuum-assisted minimally invasive system is effective in the treatment of benign breast diseases.It can shorten the length of surgery and the length of incision healing,reduce postoperative pain,and have fewer complications and high patient satisfaction.
