超微经皮肾镜和输尿管软镜在治疗肾结石中的感染控制及疗效的对比分析

Comparative analysis of infection control and curative effect of ultramicroscopic percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi

目的对比分析超微经皮肾镜和输尿管软镜在治疗肾结石中的感染控制及疗效。方法选取本院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的肾结石患者154例进行分组研究,依据单双号法分为对照组(77例)和试验组(77例),对照组实施输尿管软镜碎石术(RIRS)治疗,试验组实施超微经皮肾镜碎石术(SMP)治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症情况展开比较。结果对照组的治疗总有效率同试验组进行比较,对照组明显低于试验组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率与对照组相比,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论相比于输尿管软镜碎石术,超微经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石疗效更为显著,值得优先选择和大力推广。

Objective To compare the infection control and curative effect of ultramicroscopic percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods A total of 154 patients with renal calculi admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group(77 cases)and the experimental group(77 cases)according to the single and double numbers method.The control group was treated with ureter.Soft-mirror lithotripsy(RIRS)treatment,the experimental group was treated with ultra-microscopic percutaneous nephrolithotomy(SMP),the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was compared with the experimental group.The control group was significantly lower than the test group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of the test group was compared with the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with ureteroscopic lithotripsy,ultrastructural percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of renal calculi is more effective,which is worthy of priority and promotion.
