2017年曲靖市疾病预防控制系统人力资源现状分析

摘要 目的了解2017年曲靖市疾病预防控制系统人力资源现状,为进一步加强人力资源配置提供依据。方法收集2017年曲靖市市、县两级疾控中心人力资源,对人员总量、年龄、工龄、学历、专业职级等分布进行汇总统计、描述分析。结果 2017年全市疾控机构现有人员520人,专业技术人员占84.23%;年龄主要集中在35~54岁,占71.15%,25岁以下人员占2.31%;工龄主要集中在10~29年,占59.23%;学历主要以大学本科和大专学历为主,分别占33.27%和38.46%;市级高、中、初级职称的比例为1:1.28:0.96,县级高、中、初级职称的比例为1:2.34:4.48。结论曲靖市疾病预防控制系统人力资源总量不足,年龄、学历、专业职级结构不合理。应进一步加强政策支持,增加人力资源总量,优化人才结构,提升人才素质。 Objective To analyze the human resources of Qujing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,provide reference for promoting the performance of Disease Control and Prevention,provide.Methods To collecting number,age,years of working,education background,title of technical post in 2017,descriptive analyze the data.Results The total number of personnel was 520,technical staff accounting for 84.23%,age chiefly between 35 to 54 years,accounting for 71.15%,under age of 25 years accounting for 2.31%;Main working history from 10 to 29 years(59.23%);The majors are mainly undergraduate and junior college degrees,accounting for 33.27%and 38.46%respectively.In city level the structure of academic title,the junior,intermediate and senior develop in proportion,as 1:1.28:0.96,in county the data was 1:2.34:4.48.Conclusion The human resources of center for disease control and prevention were low,and unreasonable structure of age,education background,title of technical post.To further strengthen policy support,increasing the total amount,Optimized Structure,improving the personnel quality.
