个体化综合护理干预对精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

Effect of individualized comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose control in schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨个体化综合护理干预对精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年4月收治的60例精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者应用常规性精神科和糖尿病护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理。比较两组患者服药依从性和入院6个月后血糖控制效果。结果采用针对性护理干预后,观察组服药依从率为93.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平(4.01±1.48)mmol/L(,8.76±2.53)mmol/L明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症伴发糖尿病患者采用针对性护理,能有效的控制血糖,患者易接受,值得临床上广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose control in schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 cases of schizophrenia with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine psychiatric and diabetes care,and the observation group was given targeted nursing on this basis.The medication adherence of two groups and the control effect of blood sugar after 6 months were compared.Results After the targeted nursing intervention,the compliance rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose level(4.01±1.48)mmol/L,(8.76±2.53)mmol/L were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing for schizophrenic patients with schizophrenia can effectively control blood glucose,the patient is easy to accept,and it is worthy of clinical application.
