湿润烧伤膏、医用生物胶体分散剂分期使用在重症老年患者不可分期压疮中的护理体会

Nursing experience of mebo and medical biocolloidal dispersant in patients with severe and senile patients

目的分析湿润烧伤膏、医用生物胶体分散剂分期使用在重症老年患者不可分期压疮中的护理方法及要点,并探讨护理体会。方法收集本院急诊1例院外带入不可分期压疮重症老年患者,对压疮分期使用湿润烧伤膏、医用生物胶体分散剂进行回顾性分析,总结护理经验。结果 1例重症老年患者合并1处不可分期压疮,EICU住院4 d,急诊住院56 d后患者基本愈合出院。结论湿润烧伤膏对于痂皮覆盖区有化腐功能,医用生物胶体分散剂的促进创面愈合作用提高压疮的治愈率,同时保持大便通畅,加强营养状态有助于提高自身免疫力,抑制细菌生长,对疗效起到显著促进的作用。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and key points of using mebo and medical biogel dispersant in the treatment of severe and senile patients with unstaged pressure ulcers,and to explore the nursing experience.Methods To collect the emergency in 1 yuan into not severe pressure ulcers elderly patients in stages,with the application of pressure sores moist burn cream,medical biological gel dispersant use were analyzed retrospectively in stages,sum up nursing experience.Results 1 case of severe senile patients with 1 unstaged pressure ulcer,EICU was hospitalized for 4 days,and patients with emergency hospitalization for 56 days were basically healed and discharged.Conclusion The moist burn cream have rotten functionally to scab skin coverage,medical biological gel dispersant to promote wound healing to improve the cure rate of pressure ulcers,at the same time maintain defecate unobstructed,strengthen nutrition status is helpful to improve their immunity,restrain bacterial growth,the impact on the effect of get twice the result with half the effort effect.
