摘要
精轧机转子轴受到疲劳损害时会导致传动端辅板与轴焊接处产生裂纹,更换转子轴将产生较大的经济损失,可通过激光熔覆技术进行修复实现增加使用寿命、提高性能、降低成本的目的。激光修复所形成的熔覆层与基材具有完全不同的成分和性能。修复部位不能进行常规超声波检测与磁粉检测,只能选用渗透检测技术检测修复部位的表面质量。
With fatigue damage the rotor shaft of finishing mill can cause cracks on the transmission end auxiliary plate and shaft welds. Replacement of rotor shaft would cause big economic cost. The damage rotor shaft can be repaired through laser melt coating technology, to achieve service life increase, performance improvement and cost reduction. The melt coating layer formed by laser repair and the base material have complete different composition and properties. The restored parts cannot be inspected with common ultrasonic and magnetic particle detection methods, but can use penetration detection method to inspect the surface quality of the repaired parts.
