摘要
德国阿特拉斯(Atlas)18000 m^3/h空压机在运行多年以后,发现三级叶轮裂纹,并且振动较高,已不能继续使用。综合分析考虑后决定自行设计制作该三级叶轮以节省费用,缩短了制造周期。
After many years of operation the Atlas centrifugal air compressor could no longer be used due to cracks on the three-stage impeller and heavy vibration. The company decided after comprehensive analysis and consideration to independently design and make the impeller to save cost and shorten manufacturing period.
