摘要
通过对马钢炼钢转炉烟气余热回收和利用的现状分析,结合转炉烟气产生的特点和目前相关技术应用,提出了马钢转炉烟气余热深度回收利用的技术方案,全面回收转炉炼钢的烟气余热并加以充分利用,实现节能降耗,进一步提高转炉负能炼钢水平。
Through analyzing the current state of converter flue gas waste heat recovery at MaSteel and combining with the characteristics and related technical applications of converter flue gas generation, the paper puts forward a technical program for deep recovery of converter flue gas of MaSteel to comprehensively recover and utilize steelmaking flue gas waste heat, achieve energy saving and emission reduction and further improve the level of converter negative energy steelmaking.
