摘要
就宝钢热轧1880A系统浓缩倍数低、补水量大的问题进行了理论分析和现场调查,识别出影响上述因素的主要原因,并提出了优化系统运行、提升浓缩倍数的方法。经理论分析,如果加大水泵轴封水的回用、减少轧线仪表设备直排水量、改造生产工艺用水,理论上可以实现将系统浓缩倍数由1.204提升至2.03。
The problem of low concentration multiple and large amount of fed water in Baosteel’s hot rolling 1880A system was theoretically analyzed and investigated on site, the major reasons for the problem was identified and method for optimizing system operation and increasing concentration multiple was put forward. Theoretical analysis showed that increasing reuse of pump shaft seal water, reducing the direct water discharge of rolling line instruments and equipment and transforming production process water can increase the system concentration multiple from 1.204 to 2.03 in theory.
