摘要
针对硅钢废水处理中使用硝酸对碱废水进行pH调节、中和,对排水水质造成总氮升高的影响,通过化验分析论证后,采用硫酸药剂进行代替,在达到废水处理工艺要求的同时,减少对处理工艺设备设施的影响,并保证排水水质要求。
Silicon steel wastewater treatment uses nitric acid to adjust and neutralize the pH of alkaline wastewater, which increases the total nitrogen in discharged water. After laboratory analysis and argumentation, sulfuric acid was used as a replacement, which has met the requirement of wastewater treatment process, at the same time reduced the impact on treatment process equipment and ensured up-to-standard drainage water quality.
