莱钢棒材厂浊环水系统分级供水改造

摘要 分析了莱钢棒材厂中区水处理系统的现状,通过对标考察,提出了浊环水系统分级供水方案,采取增加中压泵组、敷设管线及附件、优化冷却器等措施,提高了供水压力,为高硬度轧辊应用打好基础,取得了较好的效果。 The paper analyzed the current state of the water treatment system at the middle zone of Laiwu Steel Bar Mill. Through benchmarking investigation, the plant put forward a graded water supply program for the turbid circulating system, including measures such as adding a medium pressure pump unit, laying pipeline and accessories and optimizing the cooler, which has increased water supply pressure, to lay a sound foundation for application of high hardness rolls and achieved good result.
