摘要
针对中小型转炉开发的新型自动测温取样系统。通过机械手、机器人和机器视觉系统的配合使用,取代人工实现炉前钢水的全自动测温、取样工作。说明了系统的总体设计方案,分析了机械手的结构设计,阐述了机器人、行走电机等的选型计算,提出了炉前高温环境下的应对措施。
A new type automatic temperature measurement and sampling system was developed for medium and small converters. Coordination of manipulators, robots and machine vision system can replace human labour, to achieve fully automatic temperature measurement and sampling of smelting process. The paper presents the overall design program of the system, analyzes the structural design of the manipulators, describes the type selection calculation of the robots and travelling motors and puts forward countermeasures for high temperature environment before the converter.
