摘要
针对施工项目组织管理模式存在的信息沟通不畅、管理流程割裂等问题,引入活性系统模型。阐述活性系统的基本思想和模型结构,应用其组织设计方法并结合精益建造管理技术,构建精益施工项目协同组织活性系统模型。将上述系统模型与最后计划者体系相结合,阐述应用流程,确保施工管理过程中灵活应对组织内外环境的变化、信息高效稳定地流动和共享,从而实现施工管理的精益化、协同化。
In view of the problems existing in the organization management model of construction projects,such as poor information communication and fragmentation of management process,this paper introduces the viable system model.First,describes the basic idea and model structure of the viable system,then applies its organizational design method and combines lean construction management technology to build the collaborative organizational viable system model of lean construction project.Then,elaborates application process combining the model with the last planner system,in order to ensure f lexible response to changes in internal and external environment,and flow and share of information efficiently and stably in the process of construction management,so as to achieve lean and collaborative construction management.
