摘要 为研究重庆建筑业创新驱动发展绩效的演变规律,鉴于创新驱动发展主要依靠全要素生产率(TFP)增长来推动的事实,使用索洛余值法对2008-2016年重庆建筑业TFP增长(SR)及科技进步贡献率(SRR)进行测量。结果表明:SR与SRR都呈现先持续性下降(2008-2013)后迅速提升并保持平稳增长(2014-2016)的两阶段演变趋势。整体看来,重庆建筑业依然属于传统的劳动密集型产业,创新动能不足,未来应进一步强化市场在行业创新驱动发展中的决定作用。 To explore the evolution of innovation-driven development performance in Chongqing’s construction industry,in line with the fact that innovation-driven development mainly depends on total factor productivity(TFP)growth,this paper uses Solow Residual method to measure TFP change(SR)and the contribution rate of science and technology(SRR)in Chongqing’s construction industry from 2008 to 2016.The results indicate that the SR and SRR presented a two-stage evolutionary trend of rapid growth and sustained growth after a sustained decline.According to the research results,Chongqing’s construction industry still belongs to the traditional laborintensive industry,and the innovation kinetic energy is insufficient.In the future,the decision-making role of the market in the innovation-driven development of the industry should be further strengthened.
