摘要
在线型低密度聚乙烯7042薄膜中添加生物可降解色母,研究其对薄膜光学性能、力学性能及摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:线型低密度聚乙烯薄膜雾度随着色母用量的增加急剧增加;色母用量对薄膜直角撕裂强度的影响较明显,而对拉伸屈服应力、拉伸断裂应力以及断裂拉伸应变的影响不大;薄膜摩擦因数随着色母用量的增加而增加。
Biodegradable color masterbatch was added to the linear low density polypropylene(LLDPE)7042 films to observe whose contribution to the optical properties,mechanical properties and friction properties of the films.The results show that the haze of the LLDPE films surges with the increase of the amount of the color masterbatch.The addition of the masterbatch exerts a significant effect on the angle tear strength of LLDPE films,but does little on the yield strength,fracture strength and elongation at break.The friction coefficient of the films increases obviously following the increase of the masterbatch.
