摘要 研究了国内外3种管材专用耐开裂PE100级聚乙烯(PE100-RC)的结构与性能,从而找出其性能上的差异。结果表明:进口PE100-RC1相对分子质量分布更宽,兼顾加工性能和力学性能;进口PE100-RC2刚性偏低,抗氧化性能优;优化工艺后的国产PN049-030-122RC刚韧平衡性能好,多分散指数提高,改善了管材的加工性能。PN049-030-122RC通过了8 760 h的耐慢速裂纹增长测试,成为国内首家应用于非开挖管道施工的原料;同时通过GB/T 17219—1998的检测,满足生活饮用水管的要求。 The structure and properties of three imported and homemade crack resistant polyethylene 100 tube specialty(PE100-RC)were observed and compared.The results show that the imported PE100-RC1 has wider molecular mass distribution,representing excellent processing and mechanical properties.PE100-RC2 has low rigidity and excellent oxidation resistance.PN049-030-122RC produced by optimized domestic process has excellent rigidity and toughness balance and higher polydispersion index(PDI),improving the processing performance of pipe material.PN049-030-122RC passes the slow crack growth test of 8 760 h,becoming the first PE100-RC raw material for trenchless pipeline construction in China.It also passes the test of GB/T 17219-1998 to meet the requirements of drinking water pipes.
