淹水胁迫中澳洲茶树内源激素动态变化 被引量:6

摘要 为探明淹水胁迫过程中澳洲茶树的生理响应机制,对其淹水胁迫下内源激素动态变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,在淹水胁迫前期,ZR,GA3,IAA和ABA这4种内源激素含量都呈小幅波动,而胁迫中、后期,ZR,GA3,IAA这3种促进植株生长的激素整体呈升高趋势,ABA则呈下降趋势,(ZR+GA3+IAA)/ABA的值也逐渐升高。研究结果将有助于更深入了解澳洲茶树在淹水条件下的激素应答机制,为种植生产中的合理用水提供理论基础。 To explore the physiological response mechanism of Melaleuca alternifolia to flooding stress, the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones under flooding stress were studied. The results showed that the content of ZR, GA3, IAA and ABA fluctuated slightly in the early stage of flooding stress. The content of ZR, GA3 and IAA increased overall in the middle and late stage of flooding stress, while the content of ABA showed a downward trend. The ratio of(ZR+GA3+IAA)/ABA increased gradually in the middle and late stage of flooding stress. The results of this study will help to understand the response mechanism of endogenous hormones of Melaleuca alternifolia under flooding stress, and provide the theoretical basis for rational water use in planting production.
