摘要
通过枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染中华稻蝗血淋巴,并在不同时间段测定血淋巴中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。结果表明,试验组中SOD活性高于对照组,呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,枯草芽孢杆菌组在染菌12 h时活性达到最高,金黄色葡萄球菌组在染菌8 h时活性达到最高,且枯草芽孢杆菌组SOD活性高于金黄色葡萄球菌组;试验组中POD活性高于空白对照组,活性变化不稳定,但枯草芽孢杆菌组的POD活性要高于金黄色葡萄球菌组。可见,枯草芽孢杆菌对稻蝗的血细胞抗氧化酶系统影响较大,其结果可为研究稻蝗的免疫反应提供试验依据,也可为研究新型的蝗虫治理方法提供思路。
The hemolymph of Oxya chinensis was infected by Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus, and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) in hemolymph were measured at different time points. The results showed that the activity of SOD in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, showing a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The activity of SOD in Bacillus subtilis group reached the highest level at 12 h and Staphylococcus aureus group reached the highest level at 8 h. The activity of SOD in Bacillus subtilis group was higher than that in Staphylococcus aureus group. The POD activity of the experimental group was higher than that of the blank control group, and the change of POD activity was unstable, but the POD activity of the Bacillus subtilis group was higher than that of the Staphylococcus aureus group. It can be seen that Bacillus subtilis has a greater impact on the blood cell antioxidant enzyme system of Oxya chinensis. The results will provide experimental basis for the study of the immune response of Oxya chinensis, and also provide ideas for the study of new locust control methods.
