摘要 提出了一种降低输入电流纹波和平衡输出电压的三相三电平升压整流器载波移相控制方法。该控制方法可在不影响整流性能的前提下简化控制电路,不仅简单,还可通过同步控制信号,降低器件的开关频率,使输入电流纹波最小、输出电压完全可控、输出中点电压平衡、开关频率恒定、EMC滤波器设计简化、瞬态性能和稳态性能增加以及成本降低。最后,数值仿真和实验证明了该方法的正确性和优越性。 A carrier phase-shifting control method for three-phase three-level boost rectifier is proposed to reduce input current ripple and balance output voltage.The control method can simplify the control circuit without affecting the rectifier performance.It is not only simple,but also can reduce the switching frequency of the device by synchronizing the control signal,so that the input current ripple is minimum,the output voltage is completely controllable,the output neutral point voltage is balanced,the switching frequency is constant,the design of EMC filter is simplified,the transient and steady performance is increased,and the cost is reduced.Finally,numerical simulation and experimental results show the correctness and superiority of this method.
