摘要 蓄电池是飞机电源系统的重要组成部分,一般作为应急和辅助电源为飞机供电。飞机锂电池的高空工作环境复杂多变,为提高复杂应力下的蓄电池SOC估算精度,考虑温度、电流等影响因素建立改进的电池模型。具体地,通过实验进行基于温度的模型参数辨识,采用改进安时积分法和扩展卡尔曼滤波法算法相结合的估算策略实现SOC在线估计,并利用Matlab/Simulink建立仿真系统进行算法验证。结果显示,改进算法的估计误差在2%以内,估计精度明显提高。 Battery is an important part of aircraft power supply system,which is generally used as emergency and auxiliary power supply for aircraft power supply.In order to improve the estimation accuracy of SOC of lithium battery under complex stress,an improved battery model was established considering the influence factors of temperature and current.Specifically,temperature-based model parameter identification is carried out through experiments,and SOC online estimation is realized by using the estimation strategy combining the improved time-integration method and extended Kalman filter algorithm,and simulation system is established by using MATLAB/Simulink to verify the algorithm.The results show that the estimation error of the improved algorithm is less than 2%,and the estimation accuracy is obviously improved.
