一种电流快速转移直流电源的研究

摘要 一些工业应用和科研试验中,常常需要输出电流大、纹波小、变化快的直流电源。利用IGBT开关速度高、损耗小、耐压通流能力强的特点,设计一种基于IGBT并联编码电路的电流快速转移直流电源,通过控制不同支路IGBT的通断,从而控制电流快速转移、调节电流转移深度以及调节电流转移宽度。本电源具有电流转移响应速度快、转移精度高、电流纹波小等特点,适合在众多需要电流转移的场合推广使用。 In some industrial applications and scientific research experiments,DC power supply with large output current,small ripple and fast change is often needed.Based on the characteristics of IGBT with high switching speed,low loss and high voltage and current capacity,a fast current transfer DC power supply based on IGBT parallel coding circuit is designed.By controlling the switching of IGBT in different branches,the fast current transfer,the depth of current transfer and the width of current transfer are controlled.The power supply has the characteristics of fast current transfer response,high transfer precision and small current ripple,which is suitable for the application in many occasions requiring current transfer.
