摘要
以两种不同的石油焦作为原料,在相同的工艺条件下改变包覆工序,制备出不同包覆方式的人造石墨负极材料,并研究对比其性能差异探讨包覆方式对锂离子电池人造石墨负极材料性能的影响及优劣势。结果表明:前包覆方式制备的锂离子电池人造石墨负极材料具有容量发挥高的特点;后包覆方式制备的锂离子电池人造石墨负极材料具有相对优异的循环性能。
Using two different kinds of petroleum coke as raw materials and changing the coating process under the same technological conditions,artificial graphite anode materials with different coating methods were prepared,and their performance differences were studied and compared.The effects of coating methods on the properties of artificial graphite anode materials for lithium ion batteries and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed.The results show that the artificial graphite anode material for lithium ion batteries prepared by pre-coating method has high capacity,and the artificial graphite anode material for lithium ion batteries prepared by post-coating method has relatively excellent cycling performance.
