随着输电线路的快速增长,大大提升了输电线路的维护巡视工作,但在人员密集区、线路交叉跨越处、巡视危险处等地进行监控和观察显得非常困难。输电线路视频在线监控技术就是为了应对这种情况而开发的全新方式。基于此,从系统的相关概念入手,对其技术要求和相关功能展开探究。

With the rapid growth of transmission lines,the maintenance and inspection work of transmission lines has been greatly improved,but it is very difficult to monitor and observe in densely populated areas,crossover areas and dangerous areas.Video on-line monitoring technology for transmission lines is a new way to cope with this situation.Based on this,starting with the relevant concepts of the system,the technical requirements and related functions of the system are explored.
