实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)在水环境监测实验室中的应用

Application of Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) in Water Environment Monitoring Laboratory

针对长江水环境监测工作开展情况和管理需求,介绍了实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)的概念、功能以及现阶段在水环境监测实验室的使用情况,阐述了LIMS应用的必要性。引入LIMS,开启了长江水环境监测业务流程从手工、传统、静态管理向无纸化、信息化、动态控制管理的第一步,初步实现了质量管理的要求。根据工作需要,水环境监测中心提出了系统进一步开发的主要内容。

In view of the development and management needs of the Yangtze River water environment monitoring work,the concept and functions of the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) are introduced,as well as the current situation of the use of the water environment monitoring laboratory,and the necessity of the application of LIMS is expounded.After the introduction of LIMS,the first step of the Yangtze River water environment monitoring business process from manual,traditional and static management to paperless,informationized and dynamic control management was opened,and the requirements of quality management were initially realized.According to the work needs,the water environment monitoring center put forward the main contents of further development of the system.
