“互联网+”下的动态教学反馈评价体系构建

Construction of dynamic teaching feedback evaluation system under "Internet plus"

为了保证高校教学质量,完善当前的教评体系,构建了一种动态教学反馈评价体系。该体系在"互联网+教学"下,采用线上和线下两种方式。线上是对受评教师的评价反馈信息经互联网传到教评数据库,教务管理人员结合云教评大数据给出合理的改进建议;线下是采用座谈等方式面对面与受评教师共同探讨提高教学质量的措施。该体系的构建弥补了教学的不足,促进了教学的发展,为教学改革提供了新的理论指导和技术支持。

For ensuring the teaching quality of universities and perfecting the current teaching evaluation systems, this paper constructs a dynamic teaching feedback evaluation system. Based on "Internet plus teaching", the system uses both online and offline dynamic teaching feedback ways. The online feedback is that the teaching evaluation information of the evaluated teachers is uploaded to a teaching evaluation database via Internet, and then the teaching administrators give reasonable improvement suggestions to the evaluated teachers by combining with the cloud teaching evaluation big data. The offline feedback is to discuss some measures of improving teaching quality with the evaluated teachers through face-to-face talking and so on. The construction of the system makes up for the deficiency of teaching, promotes the development of teaching, and provides new theoretical guidance and technical support for teaching reform.
