摘要
新流通颠覆了传统的供应链的"链式"运营模式,扁平化、社区化、共享化的特点,给供应链企业信息化带来巨大的挑战和机会。文章深入分析了新流通变革下供应链企业的转型定位,推导出新流通对供应链企业信息化的四个挑战和要求,重点阐述信息化建设规划和路线图。从信息化战略定位和原则、系统规划、系统框架和实现步骤等方面进行研究,以中国第一家供应链上市公司怡亚通为案例,从基础系统、升级、新建三个方面落地信息化建设,并通过此研究探索出一套供应链企业信息化的实践方法。
The new circulation has subverted the traditional "chain type" operation mode of supply chain. The characteristics of flat,community and sharing have brought great challenges and opportunities to the informatization of supply chain enterprises. This paper deeply analyses the transformation orientation of supply chain enterprises in the new circulation era, deduces four challenges and requirements of new circulation to supply chain informatization, focuses on the planning and roadmap of information construction, and studies the strategic orientation and principles, system planning, system framework and implementation steps of informatization. A practical method of information construction is presented by the case study of a enterprise. Conclusions and further efforts are presented in the end of the paper.
