贵州省农村贫困结构特征及反贫困治理建议

Characteristics of Rural Poverty Structure and Suggestions on Anti-Poverty Management in Guizhou Province

采用FGT指数科学测度贵州省农村贫困的广度、深度和强度,从整体性、阶段性和区域分布3个方面揭示了贵州省农村贫困的结构特征。结果表明:贵州省农村贫困总体呈现下降趋势,贫困状况有待进一步改善。然而,当前贵州省仍有14个深度贫困县,主要呈现出重点区域连片带状分布。针对此现象,提出着力强化工作抓手,提升扶贫开发政策的契合度,着力强化创新手段,推动扶贫开发的信息化的对策建议。

Using FGT index to scientifically measure the breadth,depth and intensity of rural poverty in Guizhou Province,this paper reveals the structural characteristics of rural poverty in Guizhou Province from integrity,stage and regional distribution.The results show that poverty in rural areas of Guizhou Province shows a downward trend,and the poverty situation needs to be further improved.However,there are still 14 deep poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou,which mainly show the concatenate and zonal distribution of key regions.In view of this phenomenon,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the grasp of work,enhance the compatibility of poverty alleviation and development policies,and strengthen innovative means to promote the informatization of poverty alleviation and development.
