Innovation and Development Strategy of Green Modern Agriculture Under the New Normal

总结了清流县紧跟现代农业发展的时代脉搏,围绕地方农业主导产业和特色产业,通过积极创建农业现代示范园区,带动新型经营主体、传统粮食产业、品牌特色产业等方面的创新发展,挤进山区现代农业较快的发展行列。针对清流县现代农业发展进程中,农机装备、成果转化、品牌效应、经营群体、三产融合等方面存在的差距,提出了"发展前沿农业、提升传统农业、打造特色产业、培育新型农民、融合三产发展"的对策建议,找准自己的"短板"发力作为,创新推进现代农业可持续的绿色发展道路。

The modern agriculture of Qingliu County has made rapid development in recent years of the mountain district, because of creating the demonstration districts of modern agriculture for local agricultureled industries and specialty industries. Demonstration districts of modern agriculture promotes innovation and development of new business entities, traditional grain industry and brand characteristic industries. However, compared to the modern agriculture in the developed areas, there are some gaps of agriculture in the agricultural development, that including machinery equipment, achievement transformation, brand effect, business group, and integration of three industries. Therefore, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing frontier agriculture, upgrading traditional agriculture, creating characteristic industries, cultivating new farmers, and integrating the development of three industries, identifying their own “short board” efforts, innovating and promoting sustainable green development of modern agriculture.
