摘要
目的:探讨PDCA在缩短肺功能患者等候时间中的作用。方法:通过调取2018年3月19~4月19日肺功能工作量与2017年同期对比,查找患者等候时间长的原因。结果:通过完善绩效考核体系、设定基础工作量、加强科室内部协调等措施,有效缩短了患者等候时间,提高了工作效率。结论:通过PDCA循环,不仅缩短了患者等候时间和呼吸科平均住院日,还提高了患者满意度,使科室内部合作更加协调与紧密。
Objective:To explore the role of PDCA in shortening the waiting time of patients with pulmonary function. Method:By comparing the workload of pulmonary function from March 19 to April 19 in 2018 with the same period in 2017, the reasons for long waiting time were found out. Result:Through improving the performance appraisal system,setting the basic workload and strengthening the coordination between internal departments,some existing problems are solved,including effectively shortening the waiting time of patients and improving work efficiency. Conclusion:Through the PDCA cycle,it not only shortens the waiting time of patients and the average length of stay in Department of respiration,but also improves patient satisfaction, so that the cooperation within internal departments can be more coordinated and closer.
