摘要
简要回顾了30多年来我国水电站大坝安全监管创新发展历程和取得的成效。对照党和国家对社会治理、安全生产、技术创新等方面的重大部署,以及近几年以移动互联网、人工智能等技术为代表的新一轮科技革命的蓬勃发展,在大坝安全监管理念创新和技术创新方面提出几点设想。
The innovation of safety supervision for hydropower dams in the past 30 years and the achievement obtained are reviewed in this paper. Comparing with the great strategic deployment on so. cial governance, safe production and technology innovation, based on the development in technologies such as mobile internet and artificial intelligence, some prospects of concept innovation as well as tech. nology innovation in dam safety supervision are put forward.
